A Shared Vision
Con Cariño is a Spanish phrase that means “With Love” or “With Care.” This name reflects how we prepare our food and drinks, how we treat our guests, and how we treat one another as a team.
The founders, Fahd and Maria, are a husband-and-wife team who moved to Morocco from California, USA. Living here has inspired them to share the flavors, traditions, and warmth of their Mexican roots with the community around them.
Our café is inspired by connection, offering specialty drinks and treats rooted in Mexican culture, and creating a space that feels open, comforting, and familiar. We aim to honor the hospitality that exists here by welcoming everyone with care, intention, and heart.
